Across its three Greater Christchurch locations, Ahumahi Property is planning approximately 315 industrial lots, providing options for businesses of different sizes and requirements. Businesses will be able to purchase serviced industrial land or lease purpose-built premises, with selected properties held by Ahumahi Property as long-term investments.

Each location is at a different stage of development. Two Chain Road is already zoned for industrial use, while Pound Road and Ryans Road have fast-track approvals in place for industrial subdivision and development. Development across all three locations will be staged, with the first serviced sites expected to be available from the second half of 2027.

All three sites have been selected for their access to key freight and transport networks. Pound Road sits within Christchurch’s established south-west industrial corridor, while Ryans Road adjoins Christchurch Airport. At Rolleston, Two Chain Road adjoins the South Island Main Trunk Railway and is the proposed 98-hectare South Island intermodal freight hub, which is intended to improve connections between road and rail freight networks.
